A Lamborghini design study was created by two students from the Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan. The students` names are Daniel Chinchilla Ochoa and Alberto Fernandez Albilares. The study was based on the existing Lamborghini Gallardo`s wheelbase and was supervised by Filipo Perini, who is head of Lamborghini Centro Stile. Other supervisors were the designer Alessandro Salyagnin, Ochoa and Albilares.
The result is the Indomable, which is considered to be inspired by the latest generation fighter planes such as the F-22 Raptor, housing features like a Y-shaped glass engine bay cover and a taillight assembly acting as the rear wing.
Ochoa`s career has been interesting so far, having worked on everything from aftermarket aerokits for Volkswagens and Fords to designing buses for his homeland of Mexico and also as an internship at Lamborghini Centro Stile for a period of six months.
